(VANCE COUNTY, NC)--On Tuesday, 11/04/2025, the Vance County Sheriff's Office requested assistance from the NC SBI regarding allegations of embezzlement by a Vance County Tax Office employee.

As a result of the investigation, the SBI is announcing the arrest of Brianna Keele Anderson, B/F/DOB: 01/07/1998. She has been charged with 3 felony counts of Embezzlement of Taxes by Officer. After her first court appearance, she was released on a $105,000 secured bond.

SBI agents continue to investigate this case, and no additional information is available at this time.
