(SCOTLAND NECK, NC) - The North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (SBI), at the request of District Attorneys for the Seventh and Eighth Prosecutorial Districts, is investigating the Scotland Neck Police Department.  The SBI investigation is related to the Scotland Neck Police Department's handling of the murder of Latoya Lawrence.
