Case Description: On Wednesday, December 4, 2024, Aamari Daeshawn Eubanks was last seen operating a silver 2000 Toyota Avalon leaving the 100 block of Wilkins Road in Haw River, North Carolina. The vehicle was last seen traveling west on US 70 towards Burlington, North Carolina. Mr. Eubanks is a black male, 28 years of age, 5'7" tall, and weighs around 190 lbs. He was last known wearing a black jacket with a bleach stain, black jogger pants, and black and white Adidas tennis shoes. Mr. Eubanks was reported missing to the Haw River Police Department. On Thursday, December 5, 2024, the Burlington Police Department Communications Center received information that a vehicle was in a heavily wooded area near Sharpe Road. Officers located the 2000 Toyota Avalon Mr. Eubanks was driving abandoned. Based on evidence recovered, the Burlington Police Department believes Mr. Eubanks is in danger and injured from a physical assault by an unknown assailant.
