Admin Services

This division has oversight in the areas of training and recruitment, human resources, budget planning and management, purchasing and logistics, communications, physical security, accrediation and career development. The division also collects crime data from participating local agencies and compiles the data in the Uniform Crime Report which is published and disseminated nationwide.

Assistant Director Pamela Tully obtained her Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University. She also received a Masters in Political Science from Appalachian State University. In 2000, Pam attended the 202 nd session of the FBI National Academy.

AD Tully attended the 15 th session of the SBI Academy in 1984. Her work assignments include: Crime Scene Agent in Southeastern and Northwestern Districts, Child Sexual Abuse, Arson, Accreditation, and the Training Section.

In 1997 she was promoted to Assistant Special Agent-in-Charge and assigned as the Accreditation Manager for CALEA . In 2000, she was promoted to Special Agent in Charge of the Intelligence and Technical Services Section.

In February 2007, AD Tully was promoted to the Assistant Director of Administrative Services Division. The Administrative Services Division provides oversight in the areas of Human Resources and Recruiting. The Training Section, the Bureau operational budget, Planning and Research are also sections located within the Administrative Services Division.
