Children's Internet Use: An Online Survey of Concerned North Carolina Parents In 2004, the North Carolina Department of Justice surveyed 1,146 North Carolina parents concerning their children's Internet use. Most parents surveyed were at least somewhat concerned for the safety of their children while using the Internet.
